What Makes Me an Ecommerce Guru?
Although my self proclaimed title of "The Ecommerce Guru" is somewhat tongue in cheek, I take Ecommerce very seriously. I've been involved in Ecommerce and SEO since 1995, and involved in operations, sales, and retail for many years before that.

I've had the pleasure of working on a number of successful Ecommerce projects, small and large, for individuals, small companies, and large corporations.

My goal is to help you meet and exceed your Ecommerce goals.

Experience
My experience includes all phases of the life cycle of an Ecommerce project, from conceptualization and requirements gathering, to design, development, testing, SEO, implementation, all the way through marketing, analysis, and business management / P&L. I have worked with in-house talent, vendors, other consultants, and contract employees, managed groups (small and large), and worked with RFP's, RFQ's, and all the other RF's.

Plays Well With Others
There are a lot of moving parts to an Ecommerce project.
I take pride in my ability to get along well and communicate effectively with all the myriad departments that inevitably need to be involved in an Ecommerce project.

This includes the techies (IT, development, programmers), Editorial, Art, Marketing, Sales, Call Centers, Customer Service, Accounting, Warehouse, and Management/Executives.
I'm also happy to help with or conduct presentations for any or all of the above (having been an entertainer, I love an audience).

What Can I Do For You?
My involvement and contribution would depend on what stage you are at with your Ecommerce project/site(s), and what you need.
I am available on a contract/consulting basis (although I would consider contract-to-hire or permanent for the right opportunity).
